So, Saturday was the big UNC vs. Duke football game. Our family met up with my brother and sister-in-law, Max, Baby Miller, Granddaddy (of course!), and my brother's old college roommate and his 4 year old son. We ventured out to Franklin Street for a little lunch first.. with the rest of Chapel Hill and all surrounding areas! After lunch we wandered through campus with a stop at the old well, and then on to Tarheel Town for all of the boys to run and play!!! Bryson had never met Jay's college roommate's little boy, Jacob, but boy, did they "hit if off!" They "bonded" while we waited for our table at Spanky's and then played together the rest of the afternoon. For a mother, it was quite amazing to watch two 4 year olds who had never met, bond so quickly and have such fun together. Oh... the joys of being a little kid again!
The "big" boys went on to enjoy the game... while the mommies took the little ones home for naps!
