Okay, today I thought I would share another recipe given to me by a friend. This was served to me and Doug while staying at the home of an old college fraternity brother and his wife years ago. I asked Sharene (the wife!) for the recipe and she said that almost every time she served this dish, someone asked for the recipe! It makes a perfect side dish to Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoy!
Corn Casserole
1 can whole corn, drained
1 can cream corn
1 box Jiffy Corn Bread mix
2 eggs
12 oz sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
mix, bake on 350 until brown (about 45 minutes)
