the lighthouse

Towards the end of our summer beach week, we did our annual excursion to Cape Lookout. We did this for the first time about 4 years ago. We took the ferry over and were attacked by mosquitoes that year! And I mean attacked!!! We decided to try it again the next year and had the best time. The boys just loved it!!!! Since the island is both sound side and ocean side, you get the best of both worlds. Although Cameron begged to go last year, we had to skip it because Noah was a newborn. But, this year we took little Noah and ventured over! Max and Miller joined us too - and Gommy!!!! The weather was not the best we have had, but the boys enjoyed it again this year! Cameron and Doug actually did a lot of snorkeling and Cameron found a sand dollar! His big exciting find of the week. So, I think we have a family tradition now..... our annual trip over to the lighthouse!!!

This is an awesome picture I ran through some very good software in photo shop and increased the resolution slightly so Cameron appears life size, and sharpened it slightly.

I put him on display life size in one of my hi res large digital picture displays and the results are amazing! Cameron literally appears to be standing directly in front of me when I walk up to admire him! He looks as though I can reach out and touch him which is really cool, especially since the display is warm and silky smooth. There isn't a day goes by I don't spend a little time caressing his chest and tummy and kissing him all over while I am admiring him.
