Countdown Recipe #12

Okay.... recipe #12.. we are really getting close now! This one you may not necessarily need for Thanksgiving Dinner, unless you are not doing the traditional turkey dinner. But, you may need it for another dinner over Thanksgiving weekend! It is a marinade for almost any red meat. It would be most delightful on a flank steak or brisket! Enjoy!

Marinade for Meat

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tbsp Wesson oil
2 gloves garlic mashed
2 tbsp Worcheshire

put meat tenderizer on meat
mix ingredients
marinate at least 8 hours
cook as desired
