What could be better than a day at the beach with friends including fun in the sun, playing frisbee in the ocean, a great crab cake sandwich, carnival rides, homemade doughnuts, and a stegosaurus???!!! I agree, not too much!
Friday, Cameron and I spent the entire day at Wrightsville Beach with our good friends, Shelby and Gresham. And, yes, all of the above things happened! The great crab cake sandwich was at one of our favorite spots, the FishHouse in Wrightsville. And, the carnival rides were at the Boardwalk at Carolina Beach. We had never been there before, but thought the boys would love it. And, they did! And, thanks to a great tip from a friend, Jen Baddour Snead (thanks Jen!!!) we enjoyed homemade doughnuts at Britt's Doughnuts on the Boardwalk. Talk about giving Krispy Kreme a run for their money!?!
Oh... and the stegosaurus.. well, I think the photos will speak for themselves on that one! How creative can two little boys be?!
