So, it's the day after Thanksgiving, and I hope everyone had a fantastic day with family and friends and lots to eat! Now that our bellies are all full, it's time to think about menus for Christmas dinner and wrapping gifts and trimming the tree!
Our Thanksgiving was very nice. We started celebrating Wednesday night with a Thanksgiving meal at our house with Doug's grandmother, who the boys call "GG" Jones. Then, we had planned for brunch Thanksgiving morning at our house with Granddaddy. However, we had to make a slight change in plans for that one. Granddaddy was sick so we delivered his meal to him as a surprise! And then, we finished our day with our annual big Thanksgiving Day dinner at Aunt Bonnie's house with Gommy and family.
This Turkey Day was also a little extra special for our family because it also happened to be Jay's birthday! Happy Birthday to my "baby" brother!!!
